Job Title: Operations Supervisor for Customer Support Team

Role Type: Full-Time Position

Experience Required: 3-5 years of leadership experience in customer support operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer support executives to drive high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined standards.
  • Oversee timely closure of cases with stringent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Effectively handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and privacy protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions on process updates, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and customer interaction software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
