At our Cafe, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cafe Partner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to customer orders, maintaining consistency and quality. Cook food in the oven, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring proper temperature.
  • Customer Service: Take customer orders online, answer customer inquiries, make recommendations, and process transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and helpful.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and pizza-making tools.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries. Notify supervisors when inventory is low or when items need to be restocked.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other cafe members to ensure fast and efficient service. Support team leaders or supervisors in fulfilling tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments from customers accurately and manage the cash register. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients. Ensure that all food products are prepared according to health and safety standards.
