Job Overview

A snapshot of your day as a Project Manager:

  • You are a member of an international team working on pioneering solutions for global projects that will shape the energy industry of tomorrow.

You take responsibility for worldwide O&G, Chemical, and Hydrogen & Digital projects executed by our organization within the Transformation of Industry.

  • In these lighthouse projects, you are in charge as a project manager for the technical realization of the system, solution, plant, and their equipment sourced internally and externally.
Main Responsibilities
  • Support global projects in Industry & digital environment project category C and B throughout all phases from design, manufacturing, installation to commissioning.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporate them into contracts, followed by contract and claim management.
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Support Risk - Opportunity Management by devising suitable strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Support with all relevant planning elements and milestone work results setting up and maintaining the Project Management Plan.
  • Manage EHS obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or professional expertise of several years in an industrial environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies and technologies, proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) for projects in the process industries or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of internal and international rules and regulations relevant for Project Management.
  • Execute and support independent SAP purchase orders, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experienced in working in international engineering teams.
