Change Management Associate Lead

The Change Management Associate Lead is responsible for overseeing the global change management process, ensuring seamless implementation of changes across regions. This role involves coordinating with regional teams to assess and prioritize requests for change (RFCs), facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing authorization for approved changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess RFCs for completeness and validity, ensuring adherence to established guidelines
  • Collaborate with regional change managers to prioritize and categorize RFCs, ensuring timely completion within defined limits
  • Authorize approved RFCs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place
  • Manage and communicate the forward schedule of changes (FSC) / change calendar, keeping stakeholders informed of upcoming changes

Requirements:

  • Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree or equivalent experience
  • IT Service Management certifications (e.g., ITIL Intermediate Certificate)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
