Workday Solutions Expert

As a Senior Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions. This position is an excellent opportunity for growth in Product Management, functional consulting, and/or business operations.
- Partner with stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
- Lead the offshore team and provide leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
