Job Summary:

This position requires strong analytical ability, operational oversight, and the capacity to manage critical initiatives that drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise-wide programs and projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and align with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.
  • 10–15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise solution ownership.
  • Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.
