  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies and procedures
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and financial statements
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Coordinate the budgeting process with department heads to establish annual budgets
    • Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for significant discrepancies
    • Prepare financial forecasts and models to support long-term planning
  • Financial Reporting
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
    • Manage tax planning and compliance activities
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing appropriate strategies and controls
  • Cash Management
    • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
    • Optimize cash balances and investments to maximize returns
  • Team Leadership
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development
