Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Developer/Analyst to support our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Analyze systems, conduct research on delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Assess the impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the system.
  • Develop technical specifications and create solutions that meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Design, build, and test solutions to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by team members.
  • Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve production issues.
RequirementsMust-Have Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Linux and PeopleSoft development tools like Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Production support experience with PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
