Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Capital Expenditure Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. As the primary contact person for our CAPEX system and reports, you will play a key role in serving as the main point of contact for enquiries, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements, conducting training sessions to educate users, and ensuring the efficient use of available systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CAPEX System Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for CAPEX system enquiries.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements.
    • Conduct training sessions to educate users and ensure efficient use of available systems.
    • Ensure the CAPEX system is current with respect to taxonomy and project lists.
    • Manage the approval workflow, organize bi-monthly Committee meetings, and own CAPEX calendar to ensure timely data in the CAPEX system during month-end close.
  • Data Reconciliation:
    • Perform monthly data reconciliation between the CAPEX system and the financial ledger, working closely with relevant departments for data validation and variance analysis.
    • Meet with Project Managers to discuss actuals vs forecast and update the year-to-go forecast.
    • Check that results in SAP and 4Site are matching with HFM.
  • Audit and Compliance:
    • Conduct regular audits of CAPEX transactions to verify accuracy and compliance with established policies.
    • Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits related to CAPEX expenditures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis, CAPEX management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
