Working Capital Credit Manager

Job Role: As part of the credit team for working capital finance, you will be responsible for managing a team of credit managers. Your key objectives will include underwriting and making proposals for working capital finance, both fund-based and non-fund based cases.

You will work closely with customers to structure deals and study monitoring reports to keep track of portfolio quality. Your goal is to ensure that required quality levels are maintained while enabling achievement of branch business targets through proper training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing teams of credit managers
  • Underwriting and making proposals for working capital finance
  • Studying and monitoring reports to maintain portfolio quality

Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA with relevant underwriting experience
  • Job Knowledge:
    • Technical underwriting experience
    • Analytical skills
  • Skills:
    • Experience in relevant working capital products (2-4 years)
    • Ability to handle time-bound activities effectively
    • Team player with a sense of urgency and keenness to learn
