Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Operations Director to oversee and optimize operations across our fitness centers. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining high facility standards, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and customer service. While experience in the fitness industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

This is an on-site position requiring shift-based availability (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) to manage end-to-end operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality. Key Responsibilities
  1. Membership Onboarding & Trainer Coordination:Manage member registration in BioMax post-membership purchase.
  2. Assign trainers to new members and ensure timely completion of fitness profiling, including BCA (Body Composition Analysis) and consultation updates.
  3. Daily Operations:Oversee member check-ins and ensure workouts commence within 5–10 minutes of arrival.
  4. Address flagged issues promptly, including trainer delays or non-compliance.
  5. Ensure mandatory fitness updates every 10 check-ins and BCA assessments every 30–45 days.
  6. Facility & Compliance Management:Monitor hygiene standards, equipment functionality, and overall cleanliness.
  7. Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and safety protocols.
  8. Collaborate with the security team for smooth gym operations.
  9. Customer Experience:Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in real time.
  10. Foster a welcoming and efficient environment through collaboration with the team.
  11. Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead auditors and real-time callers to ensure operational monitoring.
  12. Supervise front desk staff and ensure daily task logging in the designated system.
  13. Shift Management:Oversee operations across two shifts (6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM).
  14. Ensure smooth handovers and consistent operational standards between shifts.
  15. Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor KPIs, including member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and retention.
  16. Provide detailed reports to senior management on daily operations and compliance.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹40,000,000 - ₹60,000,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered to successful candidates.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or facility management.
  3. Fitness industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
