We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in optimizing core processes.

The role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving efficiency across fulfillment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Creation & SOP Development

  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient order management.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data-driven insights and feedback.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Lead projects focused on efficiency, automation, and scalability in operations.
  • Support the execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various teams, including supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product.

4. Data Analysis

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify areas of improvement and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.

Desirable Skills:

  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration skills.
