Job Title: Financial Operations Director Overview:The role of the Financial Operations Director is a vital one in driving our business forward.We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our finance team and ensure that our financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our business objectives.
  2. Manage budgets, forecast cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  4. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  6. Implement internal controls and risk management practices to protect our assets.
  7. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient performance.
  8. Assist senior management in strategic financial decision-making.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
