Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to drive organizational efficiency and enhance business outcomes.

  1. Strategic AI Alignment
  • Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  1. Requirements Definition & Translation
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Business Case Development
  • Develop ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Optimization
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. AI Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
