Job Title: Tele Caller- Real Estate
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a result-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services, handling inbound inquiries, and providing complete project details to prospects.
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals is crucial to this role. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
