Job Title: Skincare Sales Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Skincare Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing skincare products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our skincare products.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
