Job Title: Cloud Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Expert to oversee the strategic direction, administration, and support of our cloud-based ecosystem.

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline cloud operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to align cloud functionalities with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in optimizing business processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering world-class support experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and prioritizing support requests, escalations, and system enhancements, maintaining clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience managing cloud operations and technical support teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other cloud products.
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred.

Preferred experience includes working in large-scale cloud environments, knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and data migration processes, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills capable of motivating and leading diverse teams.
