Senior Technology Transfer Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Technical Transfer Project Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Technology Transfer projects from inception to completion.

• Project Planning and Coordination: Manage and coordinate Technology Transfer projects, tasks, schedules, status, and project reporting to stakeholders independently.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication within and outside the project team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Facilitate problem-solving & decision-making with respect to project deliverables and meeting timelines/tasks/requests from project teams and other cross-functional departments.
• Deliverable Management: Follows up with team members to ensure timely deliverables (e.g., major milestones, cost, and scope).
• Risk Management and Proactive Planning: Focus on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers, and meet goals.
• Project Baseline Establishment: Establish project plan baselines and document assumptions.
• Business Case Understanding: Fully understand business cases including competitive landscape, regulatory/clinical requirements, IP landscape, and other potential external factors that may derail the project.
• Meeting Support: Prepare draft agendas, meeting minutes, presentations for project-related meetings to varied stakeholders, including governance boards.
• Partner Meetings: May organize and participate in partner meetings as they relate to the position.
• Document Review: Review relevant project-specific documents.
• Reference Drug Procurement and Shipment Management: Management of Reference Drug procurement and shipment - Compiles and monitor completion of key development tasks through milestone completion, quality gates, and stage gating processes.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends among common projects.
• Project Budget Risk Management: Identify project budget risks and opportunities, describe the impact, and adjust the budget to create acceleration opportunities for important milestones.
• Financial Cycle Management: Manage and reports project budget, contract milestones, and spend according to established financial cycles. Shall be involved in 5YP budget preparation, 3+9, 6+6, and 9+3 forecast preparation.
• Travel Requirements: Ready to travel different CMDO/CMO/CPO across different geographies as per organizational need.
