About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Share Transfer Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in share transfer operations, including managing and overseeing the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • They will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee share transfer operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and transactions.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of required documentation.
  • Participate in audit processes and provide support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
