A Provider Credentialing Professional is required to ensure timely and accurate provider application submissions, facilitating smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provider Enrollment & Application Management: Expertise in end-to-end provider enrollment processes, including proficiency in accurately completing high-volume applications across various specialties and payer types.
  • Welcome Kit Generation & Contract Loading: Creation and dissemination of comprehensive Welcome Kits for new providers, ensuring necessary documentation and information, as well as accurate loading of provider contracts into designated systems.
  • Application Portal Expertise: Extensive experience in creating and managing accounts within key healthcare application portals, including CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare (PECOS portal), NPI, and others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Public Health; Associate's degree combined with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Expertise in provider enrollment and credentialing processes, ensuring ethical and accurate completion and submission of applications across various specialties and payers.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs, as well as excellent typing skills and knowledge of operating systems, software, and browsers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with providers specifically in Florida, demonstrating familiarity with state-specific regulations and payer requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
