Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to lead and oversee all production activities on the shop floor. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely output, supervising job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth onboarding of new products and structure types.
  • Monitor production costs, resource utilization, and quality metrics to meet predefined goals and objectives.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall operational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in production operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence tools, such as ERP systems, to analyze data and drive decision-making.
