We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills. As a member of our team, you will be part of a high-performing group that values innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures
  • ISO27001 compliance knowledge
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
