Yoga Program Facilitator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced yoga professional to lead our corporate wellness program.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality yoga sessions tailored to meet the needs of corporate employees.
  • Design and implement structured yoga programs aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical and drive its growth through effective execution.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to inform programming improvements.
  • Support wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above).
  • 2-4 years of teaching experience in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse groups.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible.
