Job Description:

We are seeking a CORPORATE RELATIONS STRATEGIST to lead our Placement & Corporate Interface function. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong corporate network, and ability to drive results. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and sustaining relationships with top recruiters, ensuring stellar placement outcomes, and enhancing industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement placement strategies that align with our vision and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to increase engagement.
  • Oversee the entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Work closely with faculty and training partners to groom students to meet industry expectations.
  • Leverage alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Track placement metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (preferably an MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within a reputable academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
