Corporate Relations Specialist Job Overview

Job Description:

This is a challenging role for a highly motivated individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with various corporate entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and exploring placement opportunities with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and interact with potential clients to explore placement opportunities.
  • Screening and Sharing: Screen and share relevant profiles with clients, collecting their feedback in the process.
  • Training and Development: Conduct interview training sessions, orientation programs, resume building, mock interviews, and MIS reports to support stakeholders.
  • Candidate Placement: Place candidates in over 100+ corporates, including mid-level, start-ups, DQ companies, and MNCs.
  • Events and Initiatives: Organize on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meets, and participate in industry expos.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedbacks, reviews, and referrals from students.
  • Organizational Policies and Governance: Monitor and implement organizational policies, handling grievances with a positive and unbiased approach.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
