\Position Overview:
As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.
You will be responsible for developing complex financial analysis, valuation and modeling to support deal execution, as well as performing comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research and company analysis within consumer and Industrial industry.
\You will also support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.
\The ideal candidate will have a post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines and ~1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields, working on consumer and Industrial transactions.
\Required Skills:
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Fluency in English is a must
