Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the availability and efficiency of IT infrastructure resources. This entails developing, implementing, and maintaining capacity management frameworks and processes to guarantee that the organization's IT systems can meet future demands.

This position requires close collaboration with various teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization. The individual will be responsible for analyzing current capacity levels, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to address any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from monitoring tools to identify trends and patterns in IT service performance
  • Develop and implement capacity planning models to predict future requirements and optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on capacity planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide expertise and guidance to other teams on capacity planning best practices
