Job Title: Specialist IT Operations Manager

The primary objective of this position is to manage and maintain the overall IT operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to end-users.

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and support modern digital workspaces, including virtual desktops, mobility solutions, and endpoint management systems.
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, streamlining software deployment, updates, and policy management to enhance user experience and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the development of processes and procedures for large-scale IT environments, emphasizing troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI, ML, and cloud computing, to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and optimize IT service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT operations management, with a focus on digital workspace solutions and endpoint management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a deep understanding of business needs and IT service delivery models.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, such as SAFe, would be an advantage.
