Job Title: Senior Mining Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to formulate and execute comprehensive mining strategies that drive operational efficiency and maximize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed mine plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Conducting feasibility studies to inform mining block development and DPR preparation.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mining plans, adhering to statutory requirements.
  • Undertaking exploration programs, including in-fill drilling to enhance mine productivity.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in mining operations, preferably with expertise in project planning and tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, and Auto-CAD.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and government guidelines.
