Strategic Guidance for Mining Sector Transformation

Evalueserve seeks a seasoned mining professional to elevate clients' business impact. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies promoting investment and driving production growth in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision, develop strategies, and drive growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide advice on exploration, geology, mine development & design, extraction & beneficiation, refining.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, generating insights and actionable output.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable practices and build relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to track progress, providing regular updates.
  • Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining trends and innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining fields or equivalent; MBAs preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mining and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to ME, as needed, for extensive durations.
