Process Mining Data Engineer

As a Process Mining Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in integrating process mining into our operational fabric. Your expertise in process mining applications and data visualization techniques, combined with your business acumen and analytical skills, will enable us to accelerate the growth and adoption of this technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Mining Implementation: You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of process mining technology across various business units and IT landscapes.
  • Insight Generation: By leveraging insights uncovered through process mining, you will help drive significant business outcomes and ROI for our organization.
  • System Integration: You will connect the process mining platform to on-premise, cloud ERP, and other IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to control protocols.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
  • Project Management: You will plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training, ensuring timely delivery and meeting requirements.
  • Data Extraction and Transformation: You will extract and transform business data into the process mining platform.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: You will design process and business-specific dashboards, analyses, and reports.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvement by aligning with available technology toolkits and ideating solutions with stakeholders.
  • Presentation and Communication: You will present implementation results to senior executives and business users.
  • Workshops and Training: You will organize and lead process mining workshops and awareness training sessions.
