At Ofi, We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mining and Process Modelling Developer to join our digital transformation team. In this role, you will drive insights and improvements through advanced process mining techniques, primarily using Celonis. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining process models to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about uncovering process inefficiencies and driving business performance through data-driven process intelligence.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize process mining solutions to support continuous improvement and business transformation initiativesDevelop, configure, and customize process modeling / BPMN / CPM solutions to support process mapping and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective process mining analyses and visualizationsCreate and maintain end-to-end process models to map current and future-state business processesAnalyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-backed improvementsDeliver workshops, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholdersRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Process Mining Tools (Celonis/Signavio)Exposure to BPMN / CPM – process modeling tools like ARIS and have experience with implementation of process modelling tools like ARIS and KPI monitoring with analysisDesign, develop, and optimize process mining solutions to support continuous improvement and business transformation initiativesCreate and maintain end-to-end process models to map current and future-state business processesExperience in Process Modelling toolsFamiliarity with BPMN 2.0 and process management methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishBenefits:A multicultural and flexible work environmentOpportunities to grow within international transformation projectsDynamic team and cutting-edge technologiesProject-based or long-term engagement, depending on availabilityAPPLY TODAY AND BE A PART OF THE TRANSFORMATION Fmodelling-developerInterested? let's connect: or
