About the Role

Within KPN, we are accelerating the digitalization of our processes through Process Mining, Automation, and AI. UiPath has been selected as the primary vendor for both our Process Mining and RPA tools. The UiPath team is responsible for usability, support, and the operational stability of the platform, working closely with AWS, Infra, and Security teams.

We are a DevOps team of 8 engineers, with a multinational presence, where every team member has their own area of expertise while being encouraged to develop T-shaped skills. With Process Mining gaining strategic importance, we are looking to strengthen this capability by hiring a
UiPath Process Mining DevOps Engineer
for our offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Platform Implementation

  2. Lead the planning and deployment of the UiPath Process Mining platform.

  3. Integrate the platform with relevant systems and data sources.

  4. Process Discovery & Mapping

  5. Discover, visualize, and map end-to-end business processes using UiPath Process Mining.

  6. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.

  7. Data Integration

  8. Manage ETL processes from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  9. Maintain data connections and integrations to support analysis.

  10. Performance Monitoring

  11. Monitor real-time process performance on the platform.

  12. Set up alerts and proactively address deviations.

  13. Platform Maintenance & Optimization

  14. Ensure stability, scalability, and security through regular maintenance.

  15. Optimize workflows and configurations for performance improvements.

  16. Training & Knowledge Sharing

  17. Train and support users, process owners, and stakeholders.

  18. Share best practices and insights on effective platform usage.

  19. Governance & Compliance

  20. Establish governance, data privacy, and security policies.

  21. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  22. Vendor Management

  23. Maintain strong relationships with UiPath and related vendors.

  24. Stay updated on new features and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors.

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, IT/IS, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience with UiPath Process Mining.
  • Relevant certifications in process mining or data analysis are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data analysis.
  • Operations mindset with focus on maximizing platform value for stakeholders.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Motivation to learn, share knowledge, and promote Process Mining within the organization.
  • "You build it, you run it, you own it" mentality.
