The Commercial Growth Specialist at CMS India will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the market. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

The Commercial Growth Specialist will also track and report on lead generation progress and work collaboratively with the marketing team to devise effective outreach strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.
