As a key member of our ServiceNow development team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows to align with business objectives.

You will configure and update Discovery schedules to ensure seamless daily runs and troubleshoot issues for reliable CI identification and population.

To succeed in this position, you will need to enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation, as well as a proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.

You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows
  • Configuring and updating Discovery schedules
  • Enhancing Discovery probes and patterns
  • Continuously improving the ServiceNow platform
  • Customizing form layouts, fields, and user interfaces
  • Tailoring and extending CAB Workbench functionality
  • Developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts
  • Customizing the Employee Center portal
  • Designing and publishing reports and dashboards

The required skills for this position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors
