ServiceNow SPM Developer Role

This senior-level position focuses on the design, development, integration, automation, and platform stability of ServiceNow's Supply Chain Performance Management (SPM) capabilities.

  • Act as a trusted ServiceNow administrator with extensive SPM expertise.
  • Expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace.
  • Gather requirements and develop solution designs for SPM enhancements.
  • Analyze the impact of new solutions and SPM upgrades on the system.
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to streamline processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support.
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems.
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment.
  • Maintain daily health checks and resolve performance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams to resolve issues and implement defect fixes.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • Strong understanding of the SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support.
  • Able to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks efficiently.
