Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to spearhead the development of business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs using Flow Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities management systems.
  • Analyze and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tools and platform, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics, as well as leading instance upgrades and patch management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
