Cyber Infrastructure Director

Role Summary:

We seek an experienced Cyber Infrastructure Director who excels in leading high-performance teams, maturing operational practices, and driving process excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network and cloud infrastructure management with a proven track record of leadership or management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maturing processes for reliability, scalability, and service delivery.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.
  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass) is an asset.
