Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing monthly bank and vendor reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
- Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
- Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
- Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.
- A Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
- Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred.
