Lead Dairy Product Developer
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Lead Dairy Product Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative dairy products and leading cross-functional teams in product development and commercialization.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in research and development and quality management within the food manufacturing industry. You will be required to possess strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards such as FSMA, SQF, and BRC. Additionally, you will need to have a proven track record in driving innovation in product development, formulation, and commercialization, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept to launch.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Dairy or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in R&D and quality management within the food manufacturing industry. You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead R&D initiatives to develop new food products, formulations, and recipes that align with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to identify market opportunities and translate consumer insights into innovative dairy products.
- Manage product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain quality management systems and procedures that comply with food safety regulations, e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP.
- Implement quality control measures across the production process, from raw materials to finished products, and conduct audits to ensure product excellence.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, senior management, production, procurement, supply chain, to align R&D and quality initiatives with business objectives.

**Requirements:**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Dairy or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in R&D and quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards such as FSMA, SQF, and BRC.
- Proven track record in driving innovation in product development, formulation, and commercialization.
