Job Description

As a production executive, you will oversee daily dairy production activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor the production of milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and other dairy products.
  • Ensure quality control at each stage of production as per FSSAI and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with raw material and packaging teams to maintain consistent supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily dairy production activities and manage the production team.
  2. Plan daily production targets and report variances or issues to senior management.
  3. Train and monitor production staff/operators on processes and safety protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in dairy or food production operations.
  • Basic knowledge of milk processing equipment and food safety regulations (FSSAI).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati (local language understanding preferred).
  • Ability to work in shifts and manage a team on the production floor.
