Job Title: Technical Team Leader - Dairy, Beverage and Confectionery

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our team. As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, developing new products, and ensuring the quality of existing products.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement product development strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with commercial, quality, and marketing teams to solve technical problems
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and perform lab analysis on applications
  • Maintain detailed records of lab and pilot trials
  • Create reports and slides to protect innovation and patenting opportunities
  • Deliver technical trainings or seminars to internal and external customers

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role within an international industrial environment
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the dairy and beverages segment
  • Experience in baking and savory segments (minimum 5 years)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
