Job Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding the dairy industry by fostering relationships with potential clients who are interested in starting new dairy farms or resolving issues with existing dairy farms.

Key Objectives:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote online courses and digital services.
  • Conduct thorough market assessments and understand client requirements.
  • Educate prospective customers on the benefits of scientific management practices.
  • Present concepts and products to groups of farmers.
  • Convert leads into sales as per company targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A degree in agriculture, animal husbandry, or veterinary sciences is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling products in the feed or pharma industry is required. Proficiency in Marathi language and excellent communication skills are essential. In-depth knowledge of dairy farm problems is necessary. A positive attitude and initiative to achieve sales targets are more important than formal qualifications.
