Job Title: Zoho Solutions Developer

Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced developer to create and implement custom Zoho solutions.

The position involves developing complex applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing Deluge code, functions, and workflows to customize Zoho applications.
  • Writing scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionality.
  • Managing the entire development life cycle, from concept to production.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring seamless integration of Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator, as well as other Zoho products.
  • Proficient in custom application development and integration with other systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics is an advantage.
  • Zoho certification is a plus.

Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining custom Zoho solutions, as well as providing ongoing technical support to clients.
