Beverly Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Beverly Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer marketing for a fast-growing D2C beauty brand.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will drive influencer-led initiatives to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on social media platforms.
  • This includes building and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, and grooming categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators to collaborate on engaging campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage campaign budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
