Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Manager — someone who can craft impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you'll plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to ensure our brand message is consistent and engaging. If you're passionate about storytelling, strategy, and turning ideas into measurable results, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Plan and manage digital and offline campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and content calendar.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Support event planning, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media schedulers, and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
