About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Growth function. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, aligning with Product and Marketing teams.

This is an opportunity to work on something that really matters in a fast-paced environment. You will have high autonomy to take risks, experiment, and learn from your experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution for the Growth function, driving company growth goals
  • Cross-company collaboration with product and revenue operations leaders
  • Create a do-anything environment to support organizational goals
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation & customer acquisition funnel management, and performance marketing
  • Familiarity with Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools
  • Goal-driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders
