Job Title

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an investment analyst. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with us on various projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The role involves supporting the investment team in sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in deal execution and portfolio management.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Help coordinate our presence at events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
