Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain key relationships with partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to design and execute partner-driven solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Track partnership performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
