Academic Leadership Position

We are seeking a visionary academic leader to drive excellence in teaching and learning at our institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient conduct of classes, examinations, and technical training programs, fostering innovation and research, strengthening partnerships, and promoting international collaborations and exchange programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide department heads and teachers in designing timetables to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure timely information distribution among students regarding studies, examinations, rules, schedules, and guidelines.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for enrollment generation process completion.
  • Regularly update institutional data on university websites and Management Information Systems.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss challenges and explore solutions.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback and enhance teaching-learning processes.
  • Assist the Principal and Dean in preparing for expert committee visits.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and Centre for Human Resource Development.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars in various regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Professor/Associate Professor with 15 years of experience in Universities, Colleges, and higher education institutions.
